The Web Design and Development Terms

AWebBee agrees to design and develop a website at the Client’s request and will deliver the project according to the agreed-upon conditions.

Project Requirements and Responsibilities

  • The Client is solely responsible for specifying the detailed structure, number of pages, and other relevant terms and conditions.
  • The Client agrees to provide AWebBee with satisfactory images and photography for use in the website design.
  • The Client is responsible for acquiring and purchasing a domain name. AWebBee may offer suggestions for suitable domain names at its discretion.
  • The Client acknowledges that AWebBee is not responsible for any errors, grammatical or otherwise, in the material provided by the Client.

Revisions and Changes

AWebBee agrees to resolve any errors or implement requested revisions. The Client acknowledges that a maximum of three revisions is available, depending on the package selected. Major design changes are not included in these revisions.

Any change requests made after final approval or once the website is live will incur additional charges. AWebBee will only begin work on subsequent change requests once full payment has been received.

Website Attribution

The Client agrees that AWebBee will add a “Web Design by AWebBee” link to the footer of each website created. This serves as branding for AWebBee, and removal of this link will incur a charge.

Liability

Due to the nature of online business, AWebBee is not liable for any website hacks, ranking losses, or errors that may occur after the website is live.

Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel a website development or digital marketing project if work has not yet begun, but no cancellations are accepted after one calendar day.

Post-Launch Support

Once the website is live, paid support will be available at a rate of ₹500 + 18% GST.

Logo and Graphic Design

We strive to create unique logos and provide professional recommendations. Our logo designs are based on thorough research and concept development. If a trademark for the logo is rejected for any reason, we will provide an alternate design.

If any issues arise during the trademark registration process, please contact us. While we can offer alternative designs, we do not have access to the complete registry of existing logos, making it impossible to ensure 100% uniqueness.

Note: Any terms agreed upon in the final proposal or email will also be considered along with the terms mentioned on this page.
